ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In this workshop we will dive into the life-giving and rejuvenating potential of water to heal ancestral and current traumas. Gentle and relaxing floor-work will lead to guided visualizations, pelvic release, womb chakra work, and intuitive guided improvisation. We will channel the power of water to explore practices that restore and sustain body and spirit. This workshop is intended for humans of all artistic backgrounds with any degree of dance/movement experience.

Rochelle Jamila is a movement artist and energy healer living in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Her passion for healing is rooted in practices of Black liberation and growing up as a child in the Mississippi delta.
